Preferred return deals run 6–18 months depending on the project. Equity partnerships generally run 12–24 months from acquisition to sale.

How are returns paid?+

Preferred returns are paid quarterly or at project completion. Equity returns are distributed at sale or refinance.

Can I invest through a self-directed IRA?+

Yes. We work regularly with self-directed IRA custodians and can guide you through the process.
